Ordered a sim card and a prepaid plan. Upon completed payment the site returned a page with "Internal Server Error". The transaction was successfully completed (confirmed on my credit card statement), but no confirmation email or any other information was given. Customer support is very much unavailable, hiding behind a prerecorded message claiming "longer times than usual". This message is on regardless on time of day. So, when is "usual"? The LIA chatbot is hopelessly unhelpful and useless.

I signed up with them as they promised free roaming service for calls texts and data but my sim simply does not work outside Sweden and when I called about it they said I had to pay extra for roaming even though they promised it for free and then hung up on me.

I’ve faced continuous issues with my Lyca Mobile Sweden SIM not working while roaming in Europe, including Denmark. This has caused major inconvenience during travel. Customer support has been extremely slow and unhelpful. Although the standard response time is claimed to be five working days, I’ve waited over two weeks with no real resolution. I have a complaint number #364934287, but based on this experience, I no longer expect effective support. The service quality and complaint handling are far below acceptable.

I am shocked by how badly Lycamobile treats its customers. I subscribed to a plan that I later wanted to cancel, and I tried to stop the auto-renewal via their live chat. What followed was the worst customer service experience I've ever had — and I say that as someone who works with customers myself. I spoke with an agent named Bilal. Instead of helping, he: Replied inconsistently and often ignored my messages. Never confirmed if the auto-renewal was actually cancelled. Laughed at me and wrote “hahahah” when I expressed my frustration. Told me to “take it easy” — like this was a joke. Tried to end the chat without resolving anything, then claimed he needed “verification” but hadn’t even asked me any questions until the very end. I provided my full name and date of birth, but they sent an OTP to a SIM that has never worked — and refused to send confirmation by email, even though it was on file. I have screenshots of the entire chat. This is not a joke. I’m not exaggerating. If I behaved like that at my job, I would be fired immediately. It's not just bad service — it shows a total lack of basic human respect. Lycamobile has made it nearly impossible to cancel a subscription, and then sends you in circles when you try. The only reason I’m writing this is to warn others. If you care about your time, money, or being treated with basic decency — stay away from this company. I expect Lycamobile to respond to this publicly and confirm that the subscription and auto-renewal for +46 727 720 890 has been cancelled.

lyca review botten som svarar folk här på trust pilot säger både till folk att de skickat mer into till dem och även ber folk maila till trustpilotreview at lycamobile.com, det har gått ett par veckor nu och inget har blivigt gjort med mitt ärende, inte fått något mail alls ifrån trustpilotreview at lycamobile.com även fast jag mailat direkt till den mailen och även deras support mail cs at lycamobile.se kontakta dem via chat är helt omöjligt ifall du inte har ett mobil nummer hos dem att logga in med vilket är absurt man bör kunna logga in med sin mail som kontot är knutet till hur skall man annars komma åt sitt konto om telefon nummret inte fungerar? det är så sjukt hur de tycker de kan bedriva en mobil tjänst på det här sättet, de ända svaret jag fått från deras support var nyligen att de kan inte lägga om ett esim till ett fysisk sim? det är tydligen supper svårt för dem att lägga om ett konto till ett annat nummer och lägga den informationen på chippet i sim kortet, för någon som jobbar med liknande så kan ja säga att det är inte speciellt svårt och helt sjukt att ni hellre skapa krångel för era kunder och be dem säga upp avtalet och göra om hela processen igen istället för att enkelt åtgärda felet, med två veckors värdelös eller mer av obefintlig service så kommer jag ju absolut inte att lägga en ny beställning hos er när och om jag väl blir av med den nuvarande, tycker även det är helt sjuk att Trustpilot erbjuder företag att kunna besvara kunder med AI bottar, och även tillåter AI konton att skriva bra kommentarer till företag, all "trust" i "trustpilot" försvinner pga det.
I asked if I can remove my current package and start next package as I bought the same bundle i couldn’t use the data. So to use it i contacted customer service, they said it will take two hours but its been more than 2 days. I have contacted again but still no help 👎🏼👎🏼
