I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a one-year subscription to live-rates.com, only to find myself in a state of utter disappointment and frustration due to the complete absence of customer support. It is with great disappointment that I share my worst experience with this site. As a paying customer, I expected a certain level of support to address my concerns promptly and efficiently. The complete disregard for my queries left me feeling neglected and unimportant.

Technical great ! Many pairs, ask/bid/low/high included, fast stream, can be quickly implemented... Consumer support could be a bit better.

I get n/a sometimes that is the only problem. Plus can't open my site in multiple tabs. Hopefully it will not happen when paid.

Live-rates does what it suppose to do. Real time forex rates is realiable and one can set up the service in a couple of hours. Responsive customer service.

Hello, I need to cancel my subscription on live-rates.com, I could not find a cancellation link in the website. I tried mailing to support, yet to receive a response. My credit card is getting auto-deducted after every period. Kindly tell me the process to un-subscribe it.
