Worst Support/Customer Service
I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a one-year subscription to live-rates.com, only to find myself in a state of utter disappointment and frustration due to the complete absence of customer support. It is with great disappointment that I share my worst experience with this site. As a paying customer, I expected a certain level of support to address my concerns promptly and efficiently. The complete disregard for my queries left me feeling neglected and unimportant.
