Paid over the €70 for next day delivery actually spent €160 and no next day delivery.. if it wasn’t going to be delivered why say it would be??

Assured parcel would be delivered by…
Assured parcel would be delivered by Friday at the latest. Dropped into store on the Sunday. I asked could they do a manual check as many a time it is just upstairs waiting to be scanned in as it is a busy time. Told it was definitely not there. No problem. On my journey home I then got an email to say it was delivered. Meaning that yes it was upstairs. Disappointing and I had come especially to the city for a pick up in very busy traffic.
