Package never delivered or refunded
I ordered a Christmas present in store December 14th and was told it would be delivered to my house December 16th. It still hadn’t arrived days later so I went in the 23rd to inquire. Staff was very unhelpful and ignorant when I explained the situation. I went in again the next day and different staff member told me I’d receive an email from a customer service. I still haven’t received an email or my package and it cost €89 which I still haven’t gotten refunded. It’s been 2 weeks and nothing has been done. Dpd never picked up the package so I don’t know what went wrong. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering from lifestyle again.

I ordered a pair of on cloud cloud monsters and a pair of pumas showed up to my door when I went in store they told me I cannot have a refund until I get in touch with the online customer support, I’m yet to get a refund or my shoes sent to me and I’ve no reply from customer support as of yet as it’s now the holiday season
