Every transactions over Christmas was…
Every transactions over Christmas was problematic. Week late delivery on one order. Charged me twice on another and the last I could not return and refund a order online so I had to physically go into the store the order was delivered, to return my online purchase. Also when buying that last item, I ordered click and collect for the same day after payment I was told it would not be in store for 3 days. Information on the website of dates available for click and collect before purchasing would be more efficient.

Nightmare Experience
They offered ‘Guaranteed Next Day click and collect delivery’ if ordered before 10pm on 23rd December. I placed my order, got confirmation emails and a DPD dispatch email. By 4pm on Christmas Eve I heard nothing so went to the store. I was told the order was ready, 20mins later I was told they couldn’t find my order, 20 mins later I was told ‘the manager who is looking for your order has gone home now so assume it’s not here’ then the ‘sales advisor’ started screaming at me across the counter in front of a packed shop! The order only arrived in store today, 30th December. Their ‘Customer care team’ are a joke, they offer a WhatsApp service but don’t respond! Overall, I’ll be avoiding Lifestyle going forward and advising friends and family to do the same!

Excellent delivery
Excellent delivery, I ordered very late at 9pm on the 23rd of December and it was delivered in store for collection on the 24th of December. Clearly the warehouse staff worked right up to the last for deliveries for Christmas I hope they were well looked after. Excellent service.

I ordered a pair of trainers for next day delivery and they weren't in the store (which is in cavan) for 2 days.this was Christmas eve and it delayed my traveling arrangements

Just brilliant service...ordered click and collect at 9.30pm on the eve of Christmas Eve and it was in the shop ready for collection by 10 the next morning (Christmas Eve). Thank you for taking the stress out of Christmas.
