Horrible customer service in store
Horrible customer service in store. At the location on Mary Street, the womens section is upstairs. Upstairs, the customer attendants just hang around at the cash register. When customers need help at the front there is no one. For every shoe i found that I'd like to try, I had to gather the shoes and walk to the cash register in the middle section to ask to try it on. Every single time I had to do this. They are never in the vicinity if customers ready to help. They just hangout by the register. Also they give a vibe like you're disturbing them when you ask a question. Horrible customer service. What is the cost of just being a decent person?

Ordered a shirt on a Saturday that the…
Ordered a shirt on a Saturday that the store assistant assured us would be there Monday. We arrived Tuesday to pick it up. No sign of it. Was only then told we would get a delivery text. It arrived Thursday. Its a 55 min drive each way to the store. We tried to change delivery on the Monday. The store manager said they couldn’t do it we should call dpd. Dpd said the store had to do it. Lack of communication snd flexibility in the system. Shirt is great but the rigmarole for what should be a simple thing. 1 spent €90 on the shirt plus three unnecessary journeys.
