Ordered a shirt on a Saturday that the store assistant assured us would be there Monday. We arrived Tuesday to pick it up. No sign of it. Was only then told we would get a delivery text. It arrived Thursday. Its a 55 min drive each way to the store. We tried to change delivery on the Monday. The store manager said they couldn’t do it we should call dpd. Dpd said the store had to do it. Lack of communication snd flexibility in the system. Shirt is great but the rigmarole for what should be a simple thing. 1 spent €90 on the shirt plus three unnecessary journeys.
