Scamming institute, please avoid!!! Please don't enrol or get your…

Please don't enrol or get your certificate here. Their material is outdated and the course is repetitive!!! I signed up for Project Management and did a couple of their modules and feel like I've been scammed, most of the study material in the course is pre-recorded and non-informative. You won't get any where and learn much at the end so don't fall into the scheme and waste your money. Their enrolment and terms and conditions are also dodgy, you will not be entitled to a refund or you can't cancel the course after 5 days cooling period, this is actually illegal to state in a contract to enforce such conditions for study materials and as a learning institute their student should be entitled to cancellation without further charges as the students no longer wish to partake in the studies and has terminated their enrolment. Please avoid, get your certification from Google if you're want be PMI certified there are heaps of great courses there or go for a proper TAFE or local institute and not this...... they just want your money and wouldn't care about the rest. I'm in the process of taking this to court after consultating a legal firm and I know they will cancel my account when they get the notice from court.

Hard work but worth it

Really so far it's been a positive experience. The original calls were long and thorough. I feel I know what I need to do and am supported to do it. Like everything it is about what you put into it. It's not for everyone and for sure it is hard work. But got my first exam under my belt and feeling positive.

Lots of support and motivation

I have been supported the whole way through my learning with Learning People, the help from student support team has been great, they always respond to my queries and are good for helping keep me motivated. Now I am working with the career services team and the help and advice they give has really given me the confidence I need to be successful in my job search. I 100% recommend Learning People if you are looking to study and change your career direction.

Needs up dating and reviewing

Some of the material in the course is outdated ie software mentioned nonlonger available. Also some of the language used is in correct ie geological when means geographical. But even then better to use location. In fact use plain English is always better. Mentor button not always available. In short things could be much better.

My opinion

What I Liked: The course content is well-organized and professionally packed. The support from Career Services and the Student Care Team was encouraging and motivating. The flexibility to learn at your own pace was a big plus, allowing me to balance learning with work and family life. What Could Be Improved: More personalized learning paths or guidance at the beginning would have helped, especially for beginners unsure of where to start. Also. organising 2 to 3 tutorial lectures / review before examination. At times, response delays from support could be frustrating—especially when technical help was needed. The learning platform could be made more interactive or engaging with quizzes, real-world projects, or community forums for peer support. Constructive Feedback: Learning People has created a strong foundation for career development, but there’s room for enhancement in user experience and post-course career tracking. Consider offering more hands-on projects or mock interviews to better prepare students for real-world roles. Final Thoughts: I appreciate the opportunity to learn through Learning People. With continued improvements in student interaction, support speed, and more practical training tools, it has great potential to stand out as a leader in online professional education.

Keep away from these people

Keep away from these people. They will send you a debt claim even after failing to provide a job for more than a year since I passed their courses. They use a certain lady to sweet talk you and lie that you will be provided a job as soon as you pass the exams and then when you enrol they disconnect you from her without any reason and explanation so you can't follow up on her promises. Keep away from these people, they are all out to exploit job seekers. Only evil minded people build their business around exploiting vulnerable hard working people who are only seeking a way to improve their lives. I promise you "the learning people", your business will fail and you will pay for all the damages you have caused to innocent hardworking people who are unaware of your scheme 💯. Your service is unsatisfactory and you cannot be lazy and profit from unsuspecting hard working people. I will contest your actions with the consumer rights.
