All good and first but then!!!!!!! Bought the hawaii with built in pump and everything was great then we had a power cut and the WiFi will not connect. Got in touch with customer service and the performance I've had with customer service trying different apps sending different video's of trying to connect and still not sorted. Now they want me to take out the built in pump and send it via evri!!! 1st the minute I touch that pump my warrenty is void. 2nd if I send it with evri it will ne er been seen again. So I will be left with no warrenty and no pump this is just not good enough. If you have a car and it's under warranty you do not have to take the part out to take to the garage. Honestly lazy spa not good enough.

We purchased a Maldives hot tub from Lay-Z-Spa, or Bestway as they are known, and initially it was good, as expected, very pleasant and worked fine.... Then, some 2 months outside the 2 year warranty, it failed internally, with air leaking into the water jet system and deflating the tub in around 10-15 minutes. We contacted Lay-Z-Spa, they were completely unhelpful, refused any warranty or goodwill whatsoever and effectively told us, tough luck! We now have A £1100 wate of space! So if you don't mind replacing your tub every 2 years at considerable cost, then buy one of these. If however you find this gives you an ulcer like it did me, then avoid this company at all costs! P.S A Replacement liner is circa £699, which I also find unpalatable!

Great company to deal with

New purchase of a Lay-Z-Spa Rome air-jet. Ordered Monday, with me and set up Wednesday! Didn't initially receive chemical bundle (probably my fault) as I had visited site so often before comitting choosing best spa for us! Emailed and spoke with customer service and received chemical bundle Friday. Best purchase I have made in a long time and customer services were so very helpful. Definitely recommend for value and support. Excellent, would definitely recommend and love the Rome as it is compact, well designed and built. I really was impressed how quickly customer services responded to my issue. Well done!

Really good customer service when an item arrived damaged, they didn’t quibble a replacement or refund. All arrived as expected.

I got the Ibiza spa and it is great ,easy to set up and we just love it.recommend getting the thermal cover as we did keeps the water temperature in and saves on heating costs.

Bought the Rome spa, its fantastic. Very sturdy, powerful jets. Slightly let down by the WiFi couldn't connect, possible weak my end?? And instructions are poor. I ended up on YouTube for guidance.
