Failed Maldives Hot Tub

We purchased a Maldives hot tub from Lay-Z-Spa, or Bestway as they are known, and initially it was good, as expected, very pleasant and worked fine.... Then, some 2 months outside the 2 year warranty, it failed internally, with air leaking into the water jet system and deflating the tub in around 10-15 minutes. We contacted Lay-Z-Spa, they were completely unhelpful, refused any warranty or goodwill whatsoever and effectively told us, tough luck! We now have A £1100 wate of space! So if you don't mind replacing your tub every 2 years at considerable cost, then buy one of these. If however you find this gives you an ulcer like it did me, then avoid this company at all costs! P.S A Replacement liner is circa £699, which I also find unpalatable!
