Scam!!!!! Unhelpful and rude people
First they scheduled a delivery for the 28th of March and showed up on the 27th. I was not home so they said they would come back the next day. On the next day, I had to stay home to work to wait for the delivery, they called saying they could not come and would only bring my bed on Monday. On Monday I had to ask a friend to stay at my place to wait for the delivery, which I also payed for them to put the bed together. They came, gave the “delivery paper” for my friend to sign, did not build the bed and left. Later on when I called they claim my friend waived the service to put the bed together (again, which I paid for) and if I wanted they can come back but will cost me another 33 euros. The help line lady was sooooooo unhelpful and rude, told me to write an email (which I already did and had no answer in 3 days) and said there’s nothing else she can do. She also had the audacity to say “do you want me to come and build it myself?” This is insane. The worse service I’ve ever received. I’m in shock… and waiting for a resolution or I’ll take legal action. You better contact me with a solution and fast!!!!
