Have just started dealing with Knights and the difference between them and my former managing agents is immeasurable. They respond to calls and emails quickly, listen to concerns, offer guidance and generally just put things right! A special mention to Ross Gardner who had been particularly helpful and supportive during quite a stressful time. Would not hesitate to recommend their services.

We have been with Knights for nearly 9 years, over this period of time we have had 3 tenants. Ross and Mark and the team have advised and managed our property for this period of time, never missing a payment to us and providing concise statements on a monthly basis. itemising the tenants accounts accurately. I would certainly recommend the professional services Ross and Mark offer to others in a similar situation who are considering letting their property.

This was my first purchase and sale. I had no idea how complicated it was going to be. The managing agent (First port), Help to Buy and my solicitors were awful. Thankfully Knights were the agent on both properties and they handled the whole transaction with incredible care, knowledge, patience, diligence and first class communication. David and his team really brought the energy and hustle. They held my hand every step of the way and I have no doubt that it would of all of fallen through had it not been for Knights. They went above and beyond and are setting the bar for Estate Agents

Having recently left a property managed by Knights in Loxwood I can honestly say that they were without doubt the worst estate agents I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Numerous faults were reported throughout, some took months to resolve, others didn’t get resolved at all. In truth I think we gave up even trying to get them to perform even the most basic maintenance in the end. The final straw was when they claimed an open fire wasn’t for spacial heating so didn’t require maintenance. Whoever has the misfortune of moving into that dump will find a poorly maintained, dreadfully inefficient, tired property and a bunch of incompetent agents who won’t proactively do anything about it. I would recommend anyone considering renting through Knights to seriously think again, your physical and mental health could well suffer from the experience.

Very happy with the service received. Very quick at responding to any issues I had with the property and made sure all work was carried out in a timely manner. I felt that Knights gave me a much more personal service than I had received from other letting agents in the past.

Really professional and friendly service from the outset, in particular both Philippa and Ross were lovely to deal with and made the process of moving feel easy. They were both on hand to answer any queries promptly and nothing was too much of an ask. The landlady even came round on the day of the move with some special touches.
