A very professional team led by superb solicitor who acted for me both on a sale and purchase of a property, He answered all my questions quickly and explained any legal issues suscinkly. It made the whole process much easier and I would highly recommend Knights as an excellent firm of solicitors.

Sam at Knights is fantastic!
Sam at Knights has been genuinely perfect in helping us with our recent property sale and purchase. Incredibly helpful, insightful and, I think most importantly, calm! Every complication and hiccup outside of our control, he dealt with promptly and smoothly. And whilst we obviously have zero plans involving moving house again anytime soon, should we need a solicitor again, Sam would be our first choice.

We used Knights for the sale of our Surrey home and were delighted with the choice we made. David Willis acted on our behalf and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is a great communicator and a skilful negotiator. Ian Peach and his team worked tirelessly to achieve the sale of my property. The obstacles thrown at him over a number of leasehold issues were challenging to say the least. But, he kept me informed and dealt with each issue amazingly. I would definitely recommend and use Knights again.
