I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Samantha Moore. From day one she was prompt, thorough, and unfailingly courteous. Every question was answered quickly in plain English, and she never made me feel rushed. Samantha kept the momentum going, liaising proactively with the seller’s solicitors and my lender so nothing slipped through the cracks. She translated complex leasehold clauses and legal jargon into clear, actionable advice, giving me total confidence in every decision. Thanks to her diligence we exchanged and completed in a reasonable amount of time.

Knights were excellent from start to…
Knights were excellent from start to finish with regard to the sale of our mother's bungalow. There were a number of complications. Our mother died just weeks after we had found a buyer. This left us shocked and grieving, and meant that probate had to be granted before the sale could be finalised. But Knight's dealt with everything calmly, kindly and patiently. Their correspondence was always timely and written without legal jargon, which made things much easier for us. And, very importantly, they stayed true to their original quote for the work. Senior Associate Linda Gregory is nothing short of excellent. Members of the family have used her for their previous sale and purchase transactions - she has become our go-to property lawyer! Her attention to detail is very impressive, but also so is her lovely personality and down-to-earth attitude. She has a strong and capable team at Knight's, not least Jaspreet Billing, trainee legal executive. Thank you, from us all.

I must thank Knights on a job very well done. In particular I wanted to give a massive thank you to Manpreet Saggu and his team. He was tireless in making sure that the sale of my house happened swiftly and efficiently and genuinely he has been the first conveyancing solicitor that I have NOT had to chase up. Nothing was too much for him and he was the one keeping me informed of what was happening during the sales process. When things needed to be pushed along, I didn't need to tell him and it was often the case that he had already done what I was going to ask. He is a real asset to Knights and I cannot thank him and the team enough for what they did.

Selling property is not something I do on a regular basis so i was extremely pleased when I began to deal with Kate Herbert from Knights who I had trust and confidence in from the outset. Kate is very professional and knowledgeable and explained the procedure to me clearly every step of the way. We had some of the usual hurdles along the way but Kate was able to advise quickly to get the desired results. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would specifically ask to deal with Kate if that were at all possible.
