The only thing this company is professional with is delaying the process so they can charge you more. I paid close to 5K for a transaction that didn’t go through. The teams ego is bigger then the job they do. Avoid

Very unimpressive and painfully slow…
Very unimpressive and painfully slow conveyancing team. Asked to supply simple details which were clearly ignored for many business days given the request for more info after it was finally looked at. Further delays resulted in 3 weeks wasted in the process resulting in unnecessary additional stress and a potential break in the chain.
