This is my second time buying activation codes from Kinguin. Had no problems at all. The prices are very good!

I had a very disappointing experience with Kinguin. I purchased 20 keys which turned out to be unusable. Despite providing them with clear evidence, including video proof, they kept refusing to issue a refund to my original payment method. Instead, they tried to force me to accept a refund in their internal balance, which is against fair consumer practices. Their customer support is unhelpful and dismissive, asking for endless "proofs" without addressing the actual problem. This is a clear violation of basic consumer rights under EU regulations, which guarantee a refund to the original payment method in case of a defective product. I strongly advise others to avoid this platform. If you value your time, money, and fair treatment, look elsewhere.

Kaufe öfters spiele Keys, weil sind nun viel günstiger als direkt vom Hersteller oder bei Steam aber nun das erste Mal als Geschenk, also das ich es als Geschenk erhalte. Dieses Mal muß ich bis 96 Stunden warten, bis ich es erhalte. Das ist ist schon Recht lange finde ich, weil sonst bekommt man Keys schon innerhalb von einer halben Stunde.

Compre 2 juegos uno que ya estaba a la venta y otro una reserva y el de la reserva si me lo dieron el mismo dia del lanzamiento pero a las 17:00 y ya has perdido gran parte del dia para poder estrenarlo y en otras páginas que he comprado me han dado el código dias antes del lanzamiento entonces esta web no sirve para reservar.

Last time I bought a game, it was a steam gift link, which I was scared wouldn't work, but it did. You'll get a link in your email, then you'll have to log in with steam and you'll receive the notification that you have a gift after some time. Overall great (:
