Unreliable service and refusal to provide proper refund
I had a very disappointing experience with Kinguin. I purchased 20 keys which turned out to be unusable. Despite providing them with clear evidence, including video proof, they kept refusing to issue a refund to my original payment method. Instead, they tried to force me to accept a refund in their internal balance, which is against fair consumer practices. Their customer support is unhelpful and dismissive, asking for endless "proofs" without addressing the actual problem. This is a clear violation of basic consumer rights under EU regulations, which guarantee a refund to the original payment method in case of a defective product. I strongly advise others to avoid this platform. If you value your time, money, and fair treatment, look elsewhere.
