I bought many games from kinguin and there was never any problems until now. I recently bought an EA SPORTS FC 26 ULTIMATE EDITION account after a week the game was still there but when i looked at it today the game was gone and there was an information that the product has been returned but i didnt do it so who did? and how can that person do it if he isnt logged in my account? Im waiting for an answer from the merchant and we'll see if im gonna get my money back.
