I had a problem with a key not working even though it was in the correct activation region. The customer support helped refund this quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

I bought multiple titles on -kinguin-net- and always got delivered what I was expecting. Just two things to keep in mind. Once I got a steam key revoked after a couple of weeks seemingly randomly. I opened a case and Kinguin refunded me quickly. Secondly, I would Not Recommend to ever get any “Deluxe Mystery” collections of games. - while you will receive games, they will simply not be worth it as you likely aren’t into them.

Key got accepted but I have to re-enter it everytime I start the app. I will update this review when (if?) I get reply from CS and add my feedback on their support as well.
