We received great service and guidance from Steph Armsby when looking for options in Bali and Thailand. We shared what we were looking for, and Steph took the time to match us to a beautiful boutique spa hotel offering the experience we were looking for. Steph was also able to help us secure this for exceptional value. She also reassured us about any steps or actions we can take should situations out of our control mean we must cancel or reschedule. This is the second time we have secured a holiday through Kenwood Travel, and we cannot highly recommend the service received from the team at Kenwood Travel.
