The booking process as ever with Kenwood Travel is very easy. My representative was helpful and knowledgeable, he even gave me a recommendation for a place to visit and places to eat. He was honest and advised me against half-board as there are plenty of places near the hotel that I can eat. The price has reduced from my original enquiry so I was able to upgrade my room which my agent was happy to arrange. All in all a good experience.
