I have made repeat bookings with Carole for many years now and her expertise in the business is exemplary. The booking process could not have been better. The agent was so friendly and helpful. She had stayed at the hotels that I booked so was very knowledgable. The whole process was smooth. The acknowledgments came through immediately by email. Would definitely use the company again.
