Helpful, friendly and highly informed guidance
The personal friendly and highly informed guidance by the Kenwood agent was excellent - such a refreshing change from impersonal online input. She was unhurried in her approach, open to all queries and clearly knew the resort well that we were booking.

A great Disney booking experience
A lovely, non pushy specialist to speak to. Great prices and an easy process. We always book holidays independently and rarely use agents but Kenwood Travel was a better price and I’m glad we did due to the agent’s expertise and patience. Disneyland Florida is a bit of a minefield with the variety of hotels and different prices/meal plans. But the agent explained everything really clearly and we got a great deal.
