Extremely helpful
We have used Kenwood Travel several times in the past and have been very pleased with the service given This year was no exception as we had to change the dates of our booking a few times and this did not present any real issues. Whilst we did have to pay admin fees to change our agent was extremely helpful. Their customer service is definitely a big factor in our choosing to use them for our bookings. Pricewise they are very competitive so all in all we are very pleased to use them for our bookings

A very easy website to navigate, therefore extremely straightforward finding and booking exactly what we were looking for. Claudia (who’s very knowledgeable and friendly) then called to confirm all the details and to let us know everything had been received and booked. Very happy - thank you ☺️

Great company and easy to use website
I’d never heard of this company until I tried to book direct with a Caribbean hotel and because I’m in the uk and wanted to pay the hotel in sterling and not dollars they mentioned this company. Fantastic website and easy to book

Really pleased with the experience so far
The reason I gave 4 & not 5 stars is that we’ve only just booked our next year holiday so I can’t give a full review. That said , we have travelled with Kenwood before and have always been very pleased with our experience. This time I spoke to Allie, I’d done a bit of groundwork myself pricing checking flights etc and then Allie came in and after listening to what we wanted she was able to put together our holiday, staying at the hotel we wanted, using the airport of our choice and arranged transfers. Allie wasn’t at all pushy and if anything was the reverse asking if there was anything else etc and even said that once the flights go ‘live’ she will check with us on ‘times’ before locking us in.

Superb, smooth and professional booking!
Superb! Melissa was so kind, informative and helpful. Even though she was taking over our enquiry from Aaron who is on holiday. Thanks got to him also, for being so helpful during our initial inquiry. Really looking forward to our holiday and silver wedding trip to Jamaica next year.
