Dire customer service
Unhelpful after BA. Cancelled flight. Wouldn’t see if flight could be brought forward and wouldn’t contact hotel to see if we could extend by a day. When pressed said it would be £9000 for extra night. Once at hotel we asked and they accommodates us - £354! Have booked few times but this was the last time. No care or effort in trying to assist - just could not be bothered.
