Kenwood Travel the experts you can rely on.

From the moment we contacted Kenwood Travel we knew we were in safe hands. Lai Yap oh my goodness what a superstar . The advice we were given in relation to hotels and how to make the most of our ten day split location holiday was excellent. We benefitted from the expert advise given and had a wonderful time. The Fairmont In Dubai was recommended and Sun Syam World Resort in the Maldives and both went beyond our expectations. All transfers were smooth and on time and all the support given on the lead up to our holiday exceptional. It really makes a difference when you have that go to person and Lai was that person for us. Thank you so much for a holiday we will always remember.

I contacted Kenwood Travel to book a…

I contacted Kenwood Travel to book a holiday to Antigua, I was greeted pleasantly on the phone by Lai, who specialises in holidays to the Caribbean. I explained that before I could book the holiday I needed to ensure that the seats on the aircraft were available (being 6' 6" tall, and given the journey time, a standard seat would not be suitable). For the first time in over 40 years of travelling worldwide I found a travel consultant who took the time to listen to what I was saying and who understood my situation. Lai, looked at various flight options, until we found and secured the seats and then the holiday. Thank you Kenwood Travel, and more importantly thank you Lai, for all your help and patience, I won't be using any other travel consultants in the future for my holiday needs.
