It was one of the easiest transaction I have done. Called, filled up the car info. In couple of days got a date form the tow company for the car to be picked up and within few days got the tax receipt. Great customer service. 👌

The company came within the allotted window very close to the upper end but they were on time.

The experience was great because it was straight forward, easy to do, and there were no issues. Everything was transacted just as promised and timely, including the record of the Liability Transfer Submission to the DMV on the day the car was picked up.

Took Several Conversations, but staff eventually made it work. There did appear to be a communications issue in some instances, so important to be patient. There was never any doubt but that staff wanted to make it work.

Emails very informative, and the driver very pleasant and also informative. Just small suggestion that if a pickup window is 8-12, maybe if running behind, staff can call and provide new estimate. I got a call about 12:10 from the driver that he was on the way. The dispatcher sb tracking this.

Service was so quick and easy! I live in a remote location, so was expecting some sort of hang up, but they were able to send someone over within in two days. They answered all of my questions and the reminder emails were wonderful! Thank you for what you do, Kars4Kids!
