Very quick and easy and good customer service

By far the worst donation experience I have even gone through. 1st mistake was thinking this group was carzforkids.com 2nd mistake was the insane amount of repetitive emails and text messages. That should of been a red flag. We have not received your paperwork, if you have sent it in ( of which was replied to 8 times ) please disregard this message. Then after numerous calls and being told they have it they kept on with the emails and the text messages to the point I told them to stop because it was harassment. And don't think they will reply to you if you leave a message to find out what is going on. They wont and they don't. I blocked them on my email, I blocked them on my phone and told them to stop harassing me. I was sick to death of them. 3. Every day call or a message asking me for papers I had sent them and they acknowledged having in their hands. 4 Then after everything they send me an offer that I have to pay for some 2 night 3 day vacation. Seriously? Wow...Urgh. Lesson learned. Look hard at the website address and get it right. I know people who have used carzforkids.com and never had an issue. My bad. After doing research into them I found out a lot more. They are not a good charity and very specific children of one faith get help. This is not a charity to me.

I finally got my car out from behind the new car inventory and called in for pickup. The driver called me told me where he was and that he is on the way. Car was picked up on schedule date. Good Job.

We just donated an old, disabled vehicle to Kars4Kids. They made it simple, from the form you need to submit to scheduling the pick up. We didn't even have to be at home ... they picked it up from the driveway and mailed our tax-deductible receipt. It's good to know that our donation is helping kids in need.

They made the process super easy and although I haven’t gotten my voucher yet I’m excited this was a perk of the donation I felt so good giving this lovely vehicle that was perfect a 2010 Toyota Corolla teal colored with alarm and aftermarket stereo to a child who was buying their first car I assume this was what made me choose this charity to give my hard earned favorite car away too I felt a burden lifted the process was simple and so was pick up they couldn’t have been nicer that’s for sure if I ever feel the need to donate another vehicle I know where it will be going to KARS 4 KIDS !!!
