I called them, I picked a date for the vehicle to be picked up. They contacted a local towing company, which contacted me to confirm the pick up date. I had to travel from out of state to met for the pick up, so it was appreciated that they were on time and removed the vehicle as planned. Very smooth transition.

the process was as easy as possible. i did not have a title for the vehicle so that slowed down the process somewhat, but i did have a dedicated specialist that i could work with who was very responsive. this car had particular sentimental value to me and all in all, i am very happy that i could continue its legacy for a great cause.

Had a pretty bad experience with Kars4Kids. Although it was easy to fill out the form and get started the tow truck company kept telling me they were going to pick up my car and then didn’t show up. 2 days of this and then no response when I tried to reach out. Kars4Kids reps didn’t seem to care or try to help when I got in touch with them either.
