Simple, great communication, I only wish I knew enough Spanish to explain to the pickup driver that the locks on the doors are messed up. I hope he didn't get stuck not knowing which door works. Thank you all for making this a breeze.

I am a property manager and I had the unfortunate event of having a tenant pass away. He left behind an older model truck and I did not have the title. I called Kars4kids and asked them in advance if they could take the vehicle without a title and their customer service told me that if I had the death certificate they could take it. I had the death certificate and filled out the forms. I was then told that they could not take the vehicle and they were condescending. I finally gave up on them and called Goodwill industries and was able to donate the vehicle to them. I wish Kars4kids would have just told me from the beginning that they did not want the vehicle. That's why I called in advance and then ended up wasting time with them.
Kars4Kids made it very quick and easy to donate my card. They didn't tell me I had to have my signature notarized so they had to send me a power of attorney to notarize before they could auction the car. I received my receipt and vacation voucher in less than a month.
from the initial call to Kars4Kids, to the scheduling and pickup from the tow company, everything was very smooth and professionally handled. all parties involved were very friendly and helpful… it made dealing w/ a stressful situation very easy… thank you to all!

The online donation process was very easy. It literally took less than a minute. The process of having the vehicle picked up by the tow company took a little bit of time. But then I understand that the company was busy. I did have communication online and by phone with customer service who were just very nice and easy to deal with. When you speak to a rep who has a smile in their voice, it just makes things a whole easy and shows they care. I had researched Kars4Kids and know that the organization does good deeds. So the decision to donate to them was easy. I will certainly keep this organization in mind for future donations and have recommend to friends and family. Keep up the good work and thank you.
