Experience was so quick and everyone from the first contact on the web to the towing guy were polite, helpful, and great! Whole process took less than 24 hours! Web app to start was so simple and quick! Thank you!

All the information is online when you donate. And the people I talked to at Kars4Kids and Peddle who are the ones that come and tow the automobile away are courteous and helpful. I reserved a time for the car to be towed away and was told I would be called ahead of time. This happened. And when the tow truck person came, he checked with his office and verified what needed to be signed. All went well. Unfortunately, I did not photograph my car being towed away. It was a good car, and I know it will be enjoyed wherever it goes.

Arrangement and pick up went smoothly. Communication was very clear. There was some confusion with the recording of the pickup, but Michelle communicated very well, and we were able to clarify everything.

Whatever I was required to do on my end (which wasn't much) was meticulously explained by many members of the Kars4Kids staff. Extremely helpful and kind. Multiple people reached out and genuinely thanked me for my donation.

I was shocked at how easy and fast the whole process was. Within hours of completing the form - the driver was there to pick up the car. He was super friendly, helpful and took good care of my car - it was hard saying good bye to my "baby".

Great communication and assistance. I would have given 5 stars if the voucher had been with a reputable company. I understand they are not directly associated with Kars for Kids but they are a typical time-share racket that actually charges more than they say they will. Reviews about them online are very bad. Kars for Kids seems like a well run organization, top drawer and doing great work. Partnering with that company does not reflect well on your non-profit.
