The reliability of "kars4kids" as a company is questionable. My interactions with various departments have left me with a lack of confidence in their competence. Over the past two to three weeks, I have compiled documentation that demonstrates their lack of understanding regarding their tasks. Their communication style is inefficient, as they respond with individual emails for each question, resulting in a prolonged resolution process. Furthermore, it appears that they are selectively interested in specific items for auctioning, rather than providing comprehensive assistance.

Easiest and fastest way to donate a vehicle, they called right after I started the process. No issues. Did it just before registration date, so I saved money.

Everything went just as scheduled. The pick easily set up, the truck was on time, the driver was knowledgable and once i gave him the title and the key to the car, he move the car onto the truck and left

All representatives communicated the process well and gave us a good idea of expectations. This was very helpful for us newbies! The only setback was with the pickup and it was just a small miscommunication error that prevented our car donation from not being picked up on the assigned date. But the incident was resolved and our vehicle donation was picked up right away. Everyone was kind, courteous and professional which made this all the more a wonderful experience. Communication was excellent. Kars4Kids made the donation process very easy. Every step, from intitial phone conversation, text updates, to vehicle pickup, was organized and well coordinated.
