It was great from beginning to end.

Easy to make donation and arrange pickup of car.

Response time was right on time. Questions were answered efficiently. I appreciated the great customer service as I had a lot going on at the time and didn't have time to mess around with poor customer service. Will absolutely recommend K4K as a donation company.

The entire process was extremely easy from initial donation to pick up. The driver who came to pick up the car (Kitt from Genesis Materials/Towing) could not have been more professional and friendly. If you have a car to donate I strongly recommend using Kars4Kids..its a win win for all involved.

Minor problem in arranging a pick up date as vehicle was located at a different location approximately 1/2 hour from donor's home.

Quick,easy, fast responses from start to finis. Erin (pick up guy) was very nice, friendly and professional. Made the whole experience nice and relaxing. ( I was nervous for some reason.) Everyone involved made this (dreaded) experience an actual joy. THE PEOPLE SCHEDULING THE PICK UP EVEN KNEW HOW TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE. NEEDED FERRY RIDE AND HAD THE SCHEDULE IN HAND WHEN TALKING TO ME!!!

Due to Kars4Kids neglecting to follow proper title signatures, I had to request a return of my donated vehicle. Unfortunately, after 3 contacts, my title still has not been returned.
