From the moment I filled out the information on donating my 2001 Lexus, Kars4Kids got in touch with me so quickly. They even had 2 different tow companies calling me. The 2nd company was going to get it to an auction house that would get me more money for my used vehicle. They would’ve come 24 hours later but I pushed it off for 3 days so I could charge up the battery, inflate the tires some more and deal with wasps behind the driver side side view mirror. They then came at 8 in the morning and hitched the car to the back of the tow truck. Three weeks later I had a check and a letter for my tax deductible donation.

Once I made the initial contact via email then a few calls were made between us and within a week the vehicle was picked up without issue. the process was smooth and speedy.

As soon as I received the title it was quite painless. The one problem was that the first towing company couldn't come out this far and they had to get another company.

Not happy with the service of this company. Donated a 2012 Chevrolet Malibu in October 2023 and received nothing but continued run around on value for a tax deduction. Still do not know.

Working with K4K was incredibly easy. It was two simple phone calls, an online form and one signauture for the pickup driver. The staff were efficient, kind, gave me clear instructions for my situation, and although the car wasn't worth anything of monetary value at that point the vacation voucher was a wonderful gift. I know I may not have another car to donate in the future for sure but if I do I will absolutely be using them again.

Kars4Kids made the whole donation process very simple. I filled out their online donation form, arranged a pickup with a phone call, and they showed up in the time window we discussed. They took care of all the DMV paperwork, and a day later sent me an email confirming that the paperwork was successfully submitted. A pleasure all around!
