Use at your own risk. Offered little help in terms of protecting my interests with my property purchase, and never responded to me when questions arose after the completion. I would report them to the law ombudsman if I thought I would get any resolution.

This is only my 2nd time buying a property and I would never have thought to use an online and remote firm but went with the recommendation from my estate agent. To say I don’t regret it would be a huge understatement; I couldn’t rate the JS Law team any higher and in particular Natania. Nothing was too much trouble. Natania went above and beyond, she did the extra mile and then some. Her response was lightening fast to every query I sent. She tenaciously followed up all outstanding points with all parties and took time to explain anything I didn’t understand. She worked closely with my estate agent and efficiently processed anything she was sent from the sellers firm. When Natania was on a day off, the team at JSLaw provided seamless cover and I loved the portal. Laura Maycock went above and beyond to complete this purchase. It was an extremely long and complicated chain but Laura soldiered on in a speedy and professional manner. She was always available to help and advise. Laura even communicated by snail mail when I was struggling with the “wheel of death” as I christened the hub, which was extremely difficult to navigate. The hub is the reason that I knocked a star off. Overall, a good result after a long wait..
