Use at your own risk. Offered little help in terms of protecting my interests with my property purchase, and never responded to me when questions arose after the completion. I would report them to the law ombudsman if I thought I would get any resolution.

We recently sold and purchased a property using JS law and in particular Laura Maycock, she was impeccable it was a really smooth experience and it was all down to her. Always reachable when needed and quick to respond with emails. Without Laura this experience could of been way more stressful.

I liked that all correspondence and information was contained within the eway app provided by the company. I initially thought that using the app would be a hindrance but I found it very helpful in checking progress towards purchase and downloading information that might be helpful in the future. I also liked the fact that the company respected my wishes to communicate via email rather than phone which I would have found too intrusive. My solicitor was both diligent and assertive in representing my interests which I appreciated.

Great service, I would definitely recommend JS Law to anyone considering purchasing a property. My first solicitor Natania was very nice and patient with all my questions as I'm a first time buyer and when I was transferred to Nicole, she was very easy to communicate, very easy to reach when needed and she always made sure to keep me updated throughout the process, so I never had to chase the case. I especially liked the fact that I was updated multiple times a day, so I knew what was going on. I also appreciate her hard work to sort the issues we encountered with the new built property I was buying. One thing I wasn't happy with was that I wasn't notified by the JS Law when I was transferred from Natania to Nicole, but that wasn't a big deal as Nicole herself notified me of this when I tried to contact Natania. Very satisfied with the service I received and would recommend them 100%.

Very happy with JS Law, used this company twice in the last year, Kelly Hulley was my conveyancer, I suffer with myalgic encephalomyelitis and struggle understanding things, especially legal paperwork etc. Kelly was very understanding and kind, many times she had to explain over and over again, very patient, understanding and kind, a lovely Lady.
