Use at your own risk. Offered little help in terms of protecting my interests with my property purchase, and never responded to me when questions arose after the completion. I would report them to the law ombudsman if I thought I would get any resolution.

We have moved a number of times over the years, but we have never had a service as good as this. Kayla Carty-Niles was on top of everything. Whenever we called or e-mailed her response was really fast. We couldn't be happier with the service, and would recommend her to everyone. If we ever moved again, (I do hope not) we would be looking her up

I would to thank her most warmly for seeing me through the bits of legal jargon that arose. Kylie was always most helpful in assisting me to collect together all the required information to satisfy the demands of the buyers solicitors (which were many and brusque). One small quibble: your super-dooper eWay magic roundabout can be quite intimidating at first, specially to non-techo whizzkids like me. Particularly when it comes to uploading documents! Our Conveyancer went above and beyond to assist us in our house sale and purchase which for external reasons went a little wobbly at the final exchange and completion, she put in extra time and effort to ensure that it happened on the allocated date so that we were not left stranded with loaded vans and lorries but no completion.
