Use at your own risk. Offered little help in terms of protecting my interests with my property purchase, and never responded to me when questions arose after the completion. I would report them to the law ombudsman if I thought I would get any resolution.

I have had a very positive experience with JS law. They were organised and efficient and chased my buyers solicitors when they were not doing what they had agreed. Recommended to use this company by a particular estate agent when we had an offer accepted before getting gazumped after a few days. Weโd already made payments which were promised to be refunded, and a month later after constant chasing weโve not received a penny back, and all of the staff weโve spoken to while chasing this have not been helpful at all. Terrible company with terrible service! Will certainly tell our friends who are applying for properties to stay WELL AWAY!

Myself and my brother sold our mum's property as LPA's, this was due to mum's dementia and placing her in a care home. JS Law and specifically Nicole Raymond helped us through the process to final completion.
