Use at your own risk. Offered little help in terms of protecting my interests with my property purchase, and never responded to me when questions arose after the completion. I would report them to the law ombudsman if I thought I would get any resolution.

I'd firstly like to say that it definitely was not easy to secure this house but if it wasn't for Khushbhu, I truly don't feel like we would have secured this house. Thank you for your hard work, calm and resilience until the end of our conveyancing, how I wish you had been conveyancing for us from the start. If I could give a negative review to anyone, I would give it to our previous conveyancer Faizah, please stay away from her at all costs. The Worst Experience of my life, a truly traumatic experience and she did not want us to get this home and was so uncommunicative within her dealings with us.

Awful, awful experience with JS Law. They were slow, incredibly rude and unsympathetic towards first-time buyers who had questions about the process. We went through multiple conveyancers who could not care less about you if they tried. The amount of stress they caused me made me poorly, I cannot recommend enough for you to go ELSEWHERE. They do not respond to you, I had to tell them I was driving into their office to speak to them in person (4 hour one way journey) before anyone got back to me. We almost lost our house sale because of how slow they were. Also, check their other trust pilot page, where all the negative reviews seem to be⦠BE WARY!
