Use at your own risk. Offered little help in terms of protecting my interests with my property purchase, and never responded to me when questions arose after the completion. I would report them to the law ombudsman if I thought I would get any resolution.

After some pretty poor experiences with conveyancers of past properties (in one case leading to a failed sale), working with Kelly Hulley at JS Law was a breath of fresh air. My overall experience with the conveyance of the sale of a property has been very good and more or less straight forward, much better than when we bought and sold other properties using other solicitors. Answered phone calls and emails promptly and kept us up to date with progress. One point I would like to make is that it should be taken into account that not all customers are PC literate and have access to a laptop, I only have an iPad and live miles away from family who could help so when I needed forms to fill in and sign it was a mad stressful dash. Anyway, all in all I’m happy with how smoothly the process went so Thank you to Alistair Powell.

I just bought my first home, with the help of Irfaan at JS Law.
