I accidentally ordered the wrong item and when I contacted Internet Ink, the company offered to take back the order. I have used the company for many years. The product and service has always been good, but this experience raises it to another level/

I have used Internet Ink for the past 15 years and they have always provided a prompt and reliable service . I now have a new Epson Printer so it will be interesting to see if the ink cartridges last as long .

Fast turn around
Fast turn around. Cartridges usually arrive within two days. I've been using this company for many years without problem. I have edited and revised my original review after discovering that the printer drivers on my computer had auto updated. This had the effect of showing the cartridges as empty and prevented printing. After reinstalling the original Epson software, everything is working perfectly. Always worth checking if you have problems.
