I accidentally ordered the wrong item and when I contacted Internet Ink, the company offered to take back the order. I have used the company for many years. The product and service has always been good, but this experience raises it to another level/

The website is easy to navigate and clear, a discount is offered and the price of ink is realistic. Delivery is reliable. An option for 1 set of colors with 2 black inks would be appreciated. Local and dependable. That ticks my box.

Ordered cartridges from this company. Very prompt confirmation of order and despatch. I had an issue (my fault) with the delivery. But a very prompt response to an email from Jenny at Internet Inks, and few inquiries at my end and the issue was resolved. I would not hesitate to use or recommend this company to other people.
