I accidentally ordered the wrong item and when I contacted Internet Ink, the company offered to take back the order. I have used the company for many years. The product and service has always been good, but this experience raises it to another level/

I always use Internet Ink for my cartridges. The service is very good and the quality of the ink is great.
Long term purchaser

Good prices Good service Good products
I have been using this company for years. I don't print much any more and always order a spare as soon as I replace an empty cartridge. I have just replaced a cartridge with one that I ordered over 18 months ago and it worked fine. I have never had one of their cartridges fail. Prices are good especially compared to the ridiculous manufacturers prices. Highly recommended

Excellent company.
I have been ordering with this company for a while but not recently. I was pleasantly surprised to find I'm paying less than previously for the same product - compatible ink cartridges. Good work Internet Ink. The site is easy to navigate and very helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
