I accidentally ordered the wrong item and when I contacted Internet Ink, the company offered to take back the order. I have used the company for many years. The product and service has always been good, but this experience raises it to another level/

The inks work and the price is good
The inks work and the price is good. Small issues when I first load a new cartridge to get the ink flowing, but after that all is fine. Worth the small hassle for the great price.

Been buying from Internet-Ink for 2 years
Been buying from Internet-Ink for a couple of years after a Which recommendation and have found them great. I particularly like their XL compatible cartridges. In my experience with an HP Envy 6000, however, the printer doesn't necessarily register that there is extra ink available and you have to ignore 'replenish ink' warnings for a long time before they really do run out.
