The company were a good price and very helpful at the order stage. Luckily the paperwork was completed quickly, and Sam and Josh installed my battery earlier this week. They were very efficient, polite and a pleasure to have in my property. Very happy, as adding the battery to my solar system I am currently operating at 85% self sufficiency. 🥰
We were pleased with every aspect of dealing with Infinity Energy from start to finish. Communications were good, everything happened when they said it would and everyone on the team was helpful. We are delighted with system and wish we'd done it years ago. I would definetley recommend Infinity.
Phil and Shep were very professional and tidy. They came to sight early in the morning and were friendly and introduced themselves. They installed 14 solar panels in a day. It was on one of the hottest days but they worked at it until they got the job done. We are really pleased with the installation and would not hesitate to recommend Infinity Energy services. They Installed air conditioning unit, they also installed air source heat pump at same time. Air conditioning unit not fitted correctly unknown by us and has now got to be replaced at my expense even after an independent engineer has came and looked at the unit and said he has never in his years seen one fitted so badly that the entire coolant has leaked out and has now broken the unit due to lazy installation the company will not admit they are at fault. If your thinking of air source heat pumps we also had water pouring into our utility room when they fitted this as they didn’t turn the water off. Also they didn’t tighten a radiator up and it leaked all over my daughter’s brand new bedroom floor buckling it all while she was 9 months pregnant. I would not feel confident having them install anything again and will do my best to stop it happening to someone else.

Infinity Energy worked hard through the solar together scheme to give us the best solution. When there were issues during installation they were resolved quickly and the teams (Office, Roofing and Electrical) all communicated with us during the set up. Overall a great company we would recommend.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by the team at Infinity Energy Services. They were the first to respond to my inquiry and promptly connected me with their energy consultant instead of providing fictitious quotations. They recommended a site survey, which was a wise decision. While we have finalized all these steps with Infinity team, I am still waiting for other vendors to get back to me with a potential site visit day or quotation., and I am very disappointed with other companies how they disrespect customers. ☹ Infinity team also gets another credit for their approach to customers. During the process, Energy consultant Andy was very attentive, courteous, and professional. He listened to my needs and preferences, answered all my questions, and offered helpful suggestions and solutions designed specifically for my property. I am grateful for the excellent service provided by Infinity Energy Services and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

The explanation by the salesperson of how the system worked was very thorough. The engineer arrived when booked. He was very pleasant and professional - though I wish he had hoovered up the brick dust inside and out. the various 'Pro forma' invoices sent were not always accurate (i.e. refundable deposit omitted) but the final bill was accurate.
