The company were a good price and very helpful at the order stage. Luckily the paperwork was completed quickly, and Sam and Josh installed my battery earlier this week. They were very efficient, polite and a pleasure to have in my property. Very happy, as adding the battery to my solar system I am currently operating at 85% self sufficiency. 🥰
We were pleased with every aspect of dealing with Infinity Energy from start to finish. Communications were good, everything happened when they said it would and everyone on the team was helpful. We are delighted with system and wish we'd done it years ago. I would definetley recommend Infinity.
Phil and Shep were very professional and tidy. They came to sight early in the morning and were friendly and introduced themselves. They installed 14 solar panels in a day. It was on one of the hottest days but they worked at it until they got the job done. We are really pleased with the installation and would not hesitate to recommend Infinity Energy services. They Installed air conditioning unit, they also installed air source heat pump at same time. Air conditioning unit not fitted correctly unknown by us and has now got to be replaced at my expense even after an independent engineer has came and looked at the unit and said he has never in his years seen one fitted so badly that the entire coolant has leaked out and has now broken the unit due to lazy installation the company will not admit they are at fault. If your thinking of air source heat pumps we also had water pouring into our utility room when they fitted this as they didn’t turn the water off. Also they didn’t tighten a radiator up and it leaked all over my daughter’s brand new bedroom floor buckling it all while she was 9 months pregnant. I would not feel confident having them install anything again and will do my best to stop it happening to someone else.

I'd definitely recommend Infinity Energy Services, very smooth process to buy and the system looks excellent when installed. Just need some sunny days now! My only feedback/learnings that I would give are: Your sales person Joe made the point we can draw down power from the grid at its cheapest time i.e. 12.00 mid night to 4am but what he failed to call out is you need to check if you are on a fixed rate deal as if you are you need to change. No biggie but worth telling people. Support - You don't have an out of hours numbers for emergencies, we had a small hicup post install and it was hard to get hold of someone. That said I tried social media and Sam our engineer called me at 7ish PM on a Friday so well done Sam & the team for actually coming back to us. As above, I'd definitely recommend Infinity as they were outstanding, system went in very smoothly, their workmanship looks outstanding.

What an excellent company to deal with- so professional. Everything done to time and agreement. We’ve had solar panels for 7 years but not until now enjoyed the benefits of battery storage. My advice to anyone seeking to install solar panels is - make sure you make the additional investment for a battery. I’m now 98% self sufficient. Infinity were so helpful and their installation team were first rate - I should have gone with them years ago!

From initial contact through to completion of the project everyone was friendly and helpful. On the day of installation the team that turned up were polite and very efficient. They took all the rubbish, which was a great touch compared to some contractors. The whole process was painless and the powerwall, in the short time we’ve had it is exceeding our expectations.

I recently added a new solar array and battery alongside my existing FIT solar array. It was a complicated installation requiring the some existing equipment to be moved. From the initial site visit to final implementation, Infinity were responsive to my requests and provided excellent service. Their electricians Joe and Harry were pleasant and very competent. I have no hesitation recommending Infinity Energy Services.
