The company were a good price and very helpful at the order stage. Luckily the paperwork was completed quickly, and Sam and Josh installed my battery earlier this week. They were very efficient, polite and a pleasure to have in my property. Very happy, as adding the battery to my solar system I am currently operating at 85% self sufficiency. 🥰
We were pleased with every aspect of dealing with Infinity Energy from start to finish. Communications were good, everything happened when they said it would and everyone on the team was helpful. We are delighted with system and wish we'd done it years ago. I would definetley recommend Infinity.
Phil and Shep were very professional and tidy. They came to sight early in the morning and were friendly and introduced themselves. They installed 14 solar panels in a day. It was on one of the hottest days but they worked at it until they got the job done. We are really pleased with the installation and would not hesitate to recommend Infinity Energy services. They Installed air conditioning unit, they also installed air source heat pump at same time. Air conditioning unit not fitted correctly unknown by us and has now got to be replaced at my expense even after an independent engineer has came and looked at the unit and said he has never in his years seen one fitted so badly that the entire coolant has leaked out and has now broken the unit due to lazy installation the company will not admit they are at fault. If your thinking of air source heat pumps we also had water pouring into our utility room when they fitted this as they didn’t turn the water off. Also they didn’t tighten a radiator up and it leaked all over my daughter’s brand new bedroom floor buckling it all while she was 9 months pregnant. I would not feel confident having them install anything again and will do my best to stop it happening to someone else.

An excellent experience from initial contact, through outline proposal, site survey and then installation and commissioning of solar panel system. Both staff and scaffolding contractors polite, helpful and professional.

We have just had an eight panel solar system installed with an Alpha Smile battery and iboost for hot water. From start to finish we have received excellent service from the office with the team prepared to answer questions quickly either by phone or email. The installation team, particularly the electricians, were highly professional, polite and thoroughly explained the new system. We would be happy to recommend Infinity Energy Services to friends.

We have had 20 solar panels and a Tesla battery installed. The whole installation process worked very well from the scaffolding to the battery installation. The staff have all been competent and friendly and took the time to explain everything including the Tesla app. I would recommend Infinity. Even better, we have had 24hour periods without using grid electricity (in February as well).

Having previously had solar panels and a car charger from the same firm, we asked Infinity to sort us out a battery. The quote was reasonably priced and the chaps were very cheerful and efficient on the day - and the battery works brilliantly - very happy customer.

Infinity just completed the installation of panels and batteries at my home. Throughout the process these guys were professional, competent and helpful. Because of my previous old two meter system there were a few complications but the staff at Infinity worked with and for me to resolve the issues. Thanks to all. Great job!

I would not hesitate to recommend Infinity Energy Services for PV / Zappi / battery installation. The team were very helpful and patient while I reviewed various option and assisted me in trying to reduce my exposure to Chinese-made products as much as possible. The installation team were very good on the roof as were the electricians. The only reason for the 0.5 deduction is that there were a few issues with communication that could have been slightly better and there was one issue with the PV commissioning where the clamps were around the wrong way which I fortunately spotted on the app before the electrician drove off and he was able to resolve. I have spoken to Infinity and they accept they could have done better in a couple of areas and explained that their admin team has been completely overloaded given the explosion in energy prices in 2022. I understand that the firm is in the process of taking on more admin staff to help in this regard.

I found the end to end experience with Infinity to be excellent and would highly recommend them private and commercial ....in fact I have done so verbally many times and feedback on thier experience is consistent with mine below. My planning phase was somewhat protracted due to planning permission, however, both Kathryn and Dan provided guidance and support beyond what I would have expected. Once I was ready to go ahead with the installation the project management team were proactive and communications very clear. In roof solar panels, Tesla storage battery and Zappi charger were all fitted with care and professionalism. Minor issues with product delivery and install were discussed with me (there are always small items that pop up!) and resolved quickly. I still get asked by friends and neighbours about my solution and have no hesitation in passing on Infinity's details.
