The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland
Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.
When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

Love me new phone and love the price so very pleased
Keeping costs down and no extra costs when abroad
I am having continual issues where I cannot call anyone. I can recieve calls and my data is OK, but I cannot make a call. Then at other times I can make calls and I haven't moved location etc. I have updated the phone and the software, and reset Netork and other settings as advised. I have logged calls and used the frustrating Chat but I am now at the stage where I want to cancel my SIM.
Very poor signal. My family struggled to hear me. I’m the only one on the network.
Just simple straight forward service. All communications are in plain English which is refreshing.
And i will write another one as the greed of this company is insane Just arrived abroad and they charge me £45 for roaming which i haven't used at all not a single text was sent from the phone AVOID AVOID AVOID
