The agent was very helpful, honest and informative. Unfortunately I was unable to get my problem resolved, through no fault of the agent. I lost wi fi connection whilst trying to resolve why I was not receiving roaming data whilst in Iceland

Major Drop Off Recently

Recently, my partner and I, both with iD have been unable to make or receive either calls or texts. People have tried to contact us and cannot get through. I can't call out. I've contacted customer service and they tell me I'm lying, but other customers are reporting the same issues. There's just no network. I'm paying for the ability to miss important phone calls. I'll be leaving iD as soon as I have time to organise a new contract.

I.D Mobile Upfront Costs

When I first joined I.D Mobile over 8 years ago I found it to be very affordable,but recently it has gone down hill,the signal is terrible, frequent outages the phone I have on contract with them has now developed a pink line down one side of the screen so I tried to get another contract for a new phone and got turned down,I have 5 more months left on my existing contract stuck with a defective phone. Just had so much trouble with this network The upfront costs are now so high I've decided I won't be upgrading and will be changing my network provider... I do not recommend this mobile phone network.

Id Old School that's really new school

Been now with Id over 2 years and found the price to Service better than EE I am getting new phone with more data, better price and with might say best Best 5 G coverage So good I good my daughter her second phone again best deal ( iPhone 16 pro max ) Would recommend On a last note Carphone warehouse should be given 5 Stars also as they arranged this for me as an existing and new customer Which is my daughter.

It could improve if we didn't keep…

It could improve if we didn't keep losing signal. This has happened on a few occasions and I have not been able to make calls. I am an oap and it does matter when I am not able to contact people

Good price for rolling monthly contract - lack of contact to resolve problems is stressful

I have a rolling monthly contract which is sufficient for my needs. I had problems with the initial setting up of my direct debit in October 24. No simple way of contacting them to sort it out - no human available - presume that is why the cost is low.
